This is an important reminder to all residents that it is compulsory to pay your quit rent assessment fee.
Quit rent assessment tax is imposed by the Council in accordance with the 1976 Local Government Act.
The Council have the right to confiscate resident property belonging under the act if you failed to do so.
Please contact our management office and settle your quit rent at the soonest.

Default In Payment (Late Payment Interest/Access Card Barred).
Dear Taman Desa Relau 2 Owners,
With effect from 1st January 2015, a late payment interest of 10% per annum will be imposed on all outstanding dues after 14 days grace period of each calendar month.
Owners who are in 3 months arrears of their maintenance charges are advised to settle their outstanding dues on/before 31st December 2014 failing which their name will be displayed on notice board as defaulters and access card will be barred.
Any legal cost incurred to recover the outstanding dues will be borne by the defaulter.
Installment plan will be considered and subjected to the management approval.
Your corporations are much appreciated.

Roof Top Cleanup Block P
We had another volunteer cleanup at block P recently by our chairman (Aik Keong) who volunteer his expertise for it. This help to save us thousand of dollars from all the roof top cleanup.

Road Widening
Recently the state government have allocated some fund and we are fortunate to have that fund for our road widening project along Lebuh Relau 6. This is carried out by JKR. Once it is completed we will have a better traffic flow.

Apartment Signage Lighting
Thanks to our management worker, we have managed to change the lighting at the respective apartment signage at Block O & P and Block M & N.

Block M & N - Drainage Cleanup
Recently we have an issue with drainage clog where water retention was observed at Block M & N guard post car entry area.
A temporary fixed to the issue was carried by clearing up the road side outgoing water flow passage.
JMC will gather more information for all the location that required road patching, level up, etc and get a vendor to help to fixed that.

Block M & N car access reader repaired.
Block M & N car access reader covered was replaced with a new one on 13th Nov 2014.
We no longer need a plastic bag to covered it to prevent from raining and environment damage.
At last this inherited issue from the past is now resolved.

Rubbish Dump Cleanup
Today, we have finally clean up the rubbish dump area at Block Q which was full of rubbish for a long period of time. Resident complaint that stink smell was all over the place and could be a potential home for insect or animals breading ground.
Thanks to our management personnel from New Level who have help TDR2 to filed a complaint and action was taken by MPPP.
We also would like to thank MPPP for their fast action in cleaning up the rubbish dump area.
